– Cashier (Part-Time)
Wednesdays to Fridays, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
You’re the first face our customers see, we’re looking for someone warm, fast, and detail-oriented to keep things moving and make everyone feel welcome.

-Baker (North Ave Shop) (Milwaukee, WI)

Wednesday-Saturday 1am-7am

We’re looking for reliable, hardworking night owls to join our team at Ruby’s Bagels. As a third-shift baker, you’ll be responsible for producing our hand-rolled, boiled, and baked bagels fresh so they’re ready for the morning rush. You’ll work behind the scenes with other bakers to make sure every bagel is consistent, beautiful, and made with love

- Cook (Thursday–Sunday)

We’re looking for a reliable and motivated cook to work Thursday through Sunday at our [North Avenue shop].

-Zócalo Food Truck (Weekend Team)
– Sandwich Prep Team Member (Part-Time)
Saturdays & Sundays, 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Join us behind the scenes making bagel sandwiches with care and consistency. Fast-paced, fun, and always busy!

– Food Truck Team Lead (Part-Time)
Friday - Sundays, 7:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Looking for a responsible, self-motivated leader to run our food truck. You’ll pick up bagels at our North Avenue shop, head to Zócalo, and oversee setup, service, and clean-up.
Must have your own reliable transportation or valid drivers liscence.
